When your heart whispers to you

by Anne-Sophie Reinhardt on January 10, 2017

bubblesWhen you hear that little voice telling you that it’s time, listen to it.

When your heart whispers to you to let go, listen to it.

When you don’t want to suffer anymore, listen to yourself and let go.

When everything within you points to that fact that what you’ve been doing for years isn’t working anymore, don’t override it with “willpower” or “discipline”, but go deeper and honor your true core, your true you.

Those little tugs at your heart, those podcasts you suddenly hear, the resources that are showing up, are coming to you for a reason.

They’re guiding you to what you already know deep inside: that what hating yourself into being thin will never make you love yourself for who you are.

That beating yourself up for what you are not will never lead to accepting yourself for what you are.

That dieting and losing weight are not the answers to life’s problems.

And that continuing to walk down this road will only lead to more heartache, more chaos, more sorrow and loss.

So, when your heart whispers to you, listen up and follow it.

The path may be hard.

You may be challenged to doing things you’ve never done before.

You may need to surrender, un-believe and let go more than you are willing to.

But secretly, truthfully, really, you know that you need to in order to find yourself, in order to live your life in a way that matters, in order to not deny yourself your dreams.

There’s no more denying the truth.

No more talking yourself out of it.

No more believing others when they say you’re wrong.

Because you know, you’re not. You know that you need to change in order to not suffocate. You know that you need to feel again, breathe again, be again in order to heal that part of you that feels so lost. You know that this is “it”, the moment that you allow your true Self to step up and lead the way.

The only question is, are you willing to listen?

Do you ADORE food -
But you secretly feel guilty and ashamed every time you eat?

1You love eating and still, you are secretly afraid of it. Because it makes you gain weight (you think), it makes you unattractive (you believe), it makes you feel guilty (unfortunately, yes) and it makes you feel more and more at war with yourself (maybe that is true too).

So, how can you start being more relaxed around food again and make it an event?

This program will show you how.
